1. Seller and delivery area

The seller is reimets wholesale OÜ, registration number 17386707, VAT number EE102930890. We serve customers in Estonia and European Union countries. Service to a specific address depends on the goods, package dimensions and carrier conditions and is confirmed in the quotation.

2. Agreeing delivery

This website is a product catalogue. Availability, fulfilment time, delivery method and all transport costs are agreed in a written quotation before an order is confirmed. Dispatch follows the payment terms agreed in that quotation. A catalogue listing does not indicate immediate stock availability.

Consumer orders are delivered at the agreed time or, where no different time has been agreed, generally within 30 days of concluding the contract. We will contact you about a delay. Consumers retain their legal rights to set a reasonable additional delivery period and end the contract if it is not met; the law provides circumstances in which no additional period is needed.

3. Charges and receiving the goods

Shipping charges depend on the destination country, address, shipment size and delivery method. The final quotation identifies the goods price, applicable taxes and delivery charge. Tracking details are provided when offered by the chosen carrier. Please check the delivery address and contact details before confirming.

Please report visible packaging damage promptly and take photographs where possible. This request does not limit your legal rights. For consumer deliveries, the risk of accidental damage or loss remains with the seller until receipt to the extent required by law.

1. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you conclude a distance contract with us as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell us within the deadline by an unambiguous statement by email, telephone or post. A written notice helps document its content and date. You do not need our prior permission to withdraw.

Statutory exceptions, such as clearly personalised goods, apply only where their legal conditions are met and they have been disclosed before purchase.

2. Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us to arrange the return; use the address above unless another return address has been agreed. Pack the goods carefully for transport. Handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning is allowed; handling beyond this may result in liability for diminished value.

For a normal change-of-mind withdrawal, the consumer pays the direct return costs where properly informed before concluding the contract. The seller bears the costs of returning defective goods as required by law.

3. Reimbursement

On withdrawal, we reimburse the payments received, including the cost of standard initial delivery, within 14 days of receiving the notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a different method without extra fees.

4. Faulty goods and business customers

If goods are defective or do not match the order, contact us with a description and photographs where possible. Consumers have at least two years of statutory protection for goods that do not conform to the contract. Rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination apply in accordance with the law.

The consumer 14-day withdrawal right does not automatically apply to business orders. Voluntary returns are agreed in writing; remedies for defective goods follow the contract and applicable law.

5. Optional withdrawal notice

Using this wording is optional. Add a signature if sending the notice on paper.

These terms cover catalogue use and goods contracts concluded with us, together with the written quotation for the order. We serve business customers and, by agreement, private customers in Estonia and the European Union. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

2. Catalogue and product details

The catalogue presents product directions. Images are illustrative and screen colours can differ from actual goods. The specific dimensions, material, product safety and use information, packing, quantity, availability and price are confirmed in writing before ordering. Catalogue references identify an enquiry item and are not manufacturer model numbers.

3. Enquiries and contracts

A product enquiry is not a binding order. Send the product name or catalogue reference, required quantity and delivery location. We reply with a quotation containing the necessary product details, total price, taxes and delivery and payment terms. A contract is formed once the quotation is accepted and we confirm the order in writing. Errors can be corrected by email or telephone before confirmation.

This website does not accept payments. The payment method and due date are stated in the quotation or invoice. Business quotations distinguish net prices and VAT where applicable; consumers are told the total payable price, including taxes and known additional charges, before confirmation.

4. Shipping and returns

Delivery follows the shipping policy and the confirmed order. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods are covered by the refund policy. Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy.

5. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to our email address with the order reference and a description of the issue. We respond to consumer complaints in writing within 15 days. If resolution takes longer, we explain why and give a revised response date. Consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the competent consumer protection authority in their country of residence. More information: TTJA.

Estonian law applies to the extent that it does not deprive a consumer of applicable mandatory protections. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Information and purposes

When you contact us, we process the name, email address, telephone number, business details and message you provide, and order and delivery details where relevant. We use them to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and provide customer support. The legal basis is a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract. Processing a business contact person's details may rely on our legitimate interest in managing business correspondence.

We also process billing and contractual records to meet legal obligations. We may retain information to defend legal claims and keep the website secure on the basis of legitimate interests. The hosting service may process your IP address, request time, browser details and requested address to operate and secure the website.

3. Website and browser storage

The website has no account registration, card-entry interface or marketing analytics. It uses one technical session-storage flag to avoid repeating the longer logo animation during the same session. That flag contains no personal information and is not advertising tracking. Images and fonts are served from the website's own files.

An email link opens your email application. We receive an enquiry only when you send it yourself. Your email provider's terms apply to your use of that service.

4. Recipients and retention

Our email and hosting providers and, when relevant to an order, carriers and accounting providers may process the information needed for their services. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the European Economic Area require a GDPR-compliant basis and appropriate safeguards.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive correspondence, unless an ongoing enquiry or legal claim requires longer retention. Order and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. Technical log retention depends on the hosting service's security and retention arrangements.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. We generally respond within one month and will notify you of any legally permitted extension.
